Lángos dough can be vegan, depending on the recipe. Some traditional versions use milk, but our dough recipe is vegan-friendly, dairy and egg free. Toppings and finishes vary, though: every pizza comes with mozzarella and every burger with cheddar, and our cheeses, sour cream and Nutella all contain dairy. We can swap in vegan cheese and vegan mayo on our burgers, and the Red Margie Lángos Pizza and the Mane Event burger, made with a Lion's Mane mushroom patty, are marked Veg on our menu. If you're vegan, tell us when you order and ask about the item you want.

No. FLAMED doesn't offer gluten-free food, and nothing on our menu is made gluten-free, so our food isn't suitable for anyone who needs to avoid gluten, including people with coeliac disease. Lángos is a fried bread made from a yeasted flour dough, and our pizzas, burgers and desserts are all built on it or on a traditional Hungarian roll. For any other allergy or dietary question, please ask us before you order.

Yes. Our menu includes nuts: the Nutella & Strawberry Lángos uses Nutella, which contains hazelnuts, milk and soy, and one of our Bejgli roll slices has a walnut filling, so please don't assume any item is nut-free. None of our food is gluten-free. Every pizza and burger comes with cheese, some with sour cream, and our burger sauces include mayo and aioli, so ask us about egg too. That isn't a full allergen list, so if you have a food allergy, tell Kurt or Renee before you order, every time.
