What this website collects, where it goes, and how to ask about it.

Who this is

This website belongs to FLAMED HSF Pty Ltd (ABN 83 686 819 054), the Adelaide business behind the FLAMED Hungarian street food truck.

What you send us

If you send an enquiry through the form on this site, FLAMED receives what you type in: your name, phone number, email address, what the enquiry is for and your message. It is used to get back to you about your enquiry.

Tapping the phone number

If you tap the phone number on this site, the site notes that a call was started, on which page, and which website you came from. It does not learn who you are or your phone number. To know where you came from, your browser keeps a small note of it until you close the tab.

Website analytics

This site uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to see how it is used: which pages are visited, on what kind of device, and whether people tap the phone number or the social links, or send the enquiry form. Clarity also records clicks, taps and scrolling, and can play a visit back. Both use cookies.

You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the site works the same without them.

Who else handles your enquiry

This site is hosted by Vercel, and enquiries are delivered by email through Resend, an email delivery service. A copy is kept in a private enquiry list run by MP Launch, the Adelaide business that built and looks after this website, and MP Launch can see enquiries while looking after the site. Copies in that list are deleted automatically after five years.

Vercel, Resend, Google and Microsoft are overseas companies, so information they handle may be stored outside Australia.

Instagram and Facebook

This site links to FLAMED's Instagram and Facebook pages. Once you follow a link there, that site's own privacy policy applies.

Seeing or changing what is held

You can ask to see what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call 0400 284 391 or send a message through the enquiry form.
